What to send us

  • Factual corrections. A licence number that changed, a bonus that was withdrawn, a payout time that no longer matches reality — this is the most useful mail we get. Include the page URL and, if you have it, a source.
  • Feedback on reviews. Your experience contradicts our verdict? Tell us what happened; real player reports feed back into re-reviews.
  • Press and partnership enquiries. Operators should note that scores can't be bought, sponsored placements don't exist, and being in an affiliate programme has no effect on rankings — see how we rate and the affiliate disclosure.
  • Privacy requests. Anything under the privacy policy — access, correction, or erasure.

What we can't help with

Gamgrid is a review site, not a casino — we can't unlock your account, locate a missing withdrawal, or reverse a bet. For a dispute with an operator:

  • Start with the operator's own support and put your complaint in writing so there's a record.
  • Escalate to the licence holder. Every review lists the casino's regulator in its safety section; regulators and their approved dispute-resolution services accept player complaints about their licensees.
  • If gambling itself is the problem, the free organisations on our responsible gambling page are the right call, not an email to us.

We do read dispute reports even though we can't arbitrate them — a pattern of complaints about an operator is exactly the kind of signal that changes a score at the next re-review.
